Our world is characterized by continual evolution, swift innovation & rapid emergence of a new technical panaroma everyday. The challenge faced by the industry is to remain competitive by adapting to change & regularly elevating quality of services & products.
Westminster College helps you keep your organisation ahead in the race by imparting project specific training and tuning your work force into newer levels of technical competency. We work “with you” rather for you, thus providing a mutually agreed range of cost-effective solutions that support your training and development initiatives.
Corporate Training: Understanding the limitations of time faced by project managers by which they need to train their employees, a customized and compact yet inclusive course is designed for each client based on the emphasis on topics placed by the client. The training is based on presentation and other visual tools to help in quick learning. A custom study material is also developed according to client’s requirements.
Individual Training: Our approach is to concert graduates into professionals. We smile when the label 'blended learning' is used to describe an approach that integrates classroom and technology. We would passionately advocate that training is more about blending approaches that formulates the career path for a student. Sigma believes in a practical approach towards problem solving. The students go through brief sessions of theory and then are assigned a series of practical work associated with that topic.
