Aims

The program sets out to deliver industry specific skills and knowledge to participants and to extend and develop their transferable skills .

    Study Period

    Full Time - 9 months

    Course Description

    The 9 month programme begins in January, April, July and September/October. It consists of eight compulsory taught modules and an integrator business simulation. All the compulsory modules count towards the assessment for the qualification.

    Entry Requirements

    Degree/ equivalent professional qualification should be in an appropriate subject and you should also have 3 years relevant work experience. Students holding a Diploma in Management Studies at an appropriate level may be exempt from the first semester (full time) or first year (part time). Applicants are normally interviewed before being offered a place.

    Awards

    Awarding Body : NCFE

    A PG Diploma awarded to students who achieve a high standard in the taught part of the course and submit a satisfactory dissertation.

    Course Fees

    Students who are members of an EEC country, and who have lived within EEC for at least three years prior to joining the course will be required to pay home-based fees, which are approximately £2900. Students who are not eligible to pay home-based fees will be required to pay a course fee of approximately £3600.

    Application Deadline

    Complete application forms should reach the Admission Secretary no later than one month before the academic session starting date. Overseas applications are advised to apply early in the academic year and to provide the telephone number and fax numbers of two academic referees. Late applications should be faxed to the Admissions Secretary in addition to a postal appliation to ensure that they are considered as quickly as possible.
